De’lanci India - is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers In India. We proudly offer shipping services to our esteemed customers In PAN India. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. De’lanci India also offers same-day dispatch.

Unfortunately, we don’t ship out of India. Please be advised to go to De-lanci.com for International Shipping. 

1. Shipping Time In India:

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-5  business days In India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Cost:

  • Prepaid Order - We offer Free Shipping PAN India on Prepaid Orders 
  • Cash On Delivery Orders: 100/- flat COD charges. 

3. Confirmation of Shipping and Order:

All the orders (prepaid and COD)  will be confirmed via phone and email by our executive before shipping them to your desired location. We request you provide the right mobile number and email id for the same.

4. How to Track Your Order:

We share the tracking id in your email id once your order with us. We would request you to go to our shipping partner Delhivery and add your tracking id there to get updated with your shipping information.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer: 

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. Undeliverable Orders: 

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

7. Lost/Stolen Packages: 

De-lanci India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

8. Return/Request Days:

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective products. Please return it within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t authorize your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All sale items are final sale. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

9. Out-of-Stock Item Process:

De’lanci India has the following options in the event there are items that are out of stock. We would advise waiting for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

10. Taxes

There will be no taxes as it’s already included in the final prices.

11. Acceptance:
