De’Lanci India is pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over India.
Some remote locations and conflict zones are currently deemed unserviceable under COD terms. In these instances, payment may still be made through other payment methods available in our site (e.g. Credit card, Debit Card, UPI etc).
Please Note: De’Lanci India reserves the right to disable COD option for the User, If COD order is rejected. Also, Shipping & COD charges will be applicable if order is rejected or returned.

COD orders are available for all orders and COD charges are mentioned below:
- COD Charges:100/- INR
Terms & Conditions:
- Cash On Delivery option is available for limited areas only.
- In case of Cash On Delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call.
- Cash On Delivery orders will be confirmed only if your pin code is serviceable
- De’Lanci India reserves the right to disable COD option for the User, If COD order is rejected.
- To initiate Returns please submit an unboxing video to our email I’d.
- Returns can only be requested if the wrong shade is being delivered.
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are not applicable on COD.
Returns will not be initiated under the following conditions:
- Proper Unboxing Video Is Not Submitted. If The Parcel Is Opened, Already, Return Will Not Be Entertained.
- Product Is Damaged Due To Misuse/Overuse.
- The Original Packaging Including, Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies And Other Accessories Or If Original Packaging Is Damaged.
- Serial Number Is Tampered With.
- Product Is Used Or Altered.
- If Request Is Initiated After 2 Business Days Of Order Delivery.
- Free Product Provided By Brand.
